The discipline of law, which aims to establish a fair and free life among individuals, tries to protect the order by using some methods in case of going out of order. One of these methods is compensation.
According to the rules that constitute the content of the Compensation Law, compensation is an application that includes the elimination of the damages suffered by individuals by the state or by any legal or real person. The offending act can be committed by the legal or natural person, or even by the state, and it can also be the injured person. Therefore, the state may be on this side. In addition, the act causing harm must be against the law. Indemnity cannot be awarded due to an act within the boundaries of the legal order.
