The term inheritance is a term in law that expresses the right of certain persons and groups within the order, procedure and measure of the goods and rights left behind by the deceased. The subject of this subject is called the law of inheritance. The name of inheritance law in the classical Islamic law literature is the scientific knowledge. The law of inheritance is named as â ferâiz il because it is based on the determination of who has a share in the scale and amount.
There are three verses in the Qur'an regarding the inheritance shares of the deceased's relatives (en-Nisa 4 / 11-12, 176), which also define the basic dimensions and principles of Islamic inheritance law. Hz. The Prophet also encouraged the learning and teaching of the knowledge of ferâiz, made the explanation and application of the provisions in the verses, and also declared some procedures and provisions that do not come into contact with the verses. The rules and provisions in the verses and hadiths were enriched with the comments and contributions of Islamic jurists and developed as an independent part of Islamic law which showed integrity and consistency within itself.
